Sleeping 14 friends and family over eight bedrooms, plan beach days galore at nearby Watergate Bay (6.5 miles) or visit the iconic viewpoint at Bedruthan Steps (8 miles) for a day out by the sea near the Trevose Head Heritage Coast. As you make your way up the sweeping drive and head inside via the pillared porch, marvel at the exuberance and grandeur of this wonderful property which is yours to call home for a while. Decorated throughout in rich yet vibrant tones, this home oozes charm and opulence, and has many a room for you to settle down in or to fill with conversation. Spend time by the roaring wood burner in the lounge, get the treats flowing in the kitchen with its popcorn maker (great for family film nights!) or get competitive in the games room. Or put your favourite tunes on through the Bluetooth speaker and dance to your heart’s content. After sociable dinners savoured inside or out, test your skills with an al fresco game of boules, badminton or table tennis whilst watching little ones play on the rope swing or build their very own den. After a tipple or two, bedtime calls and the first floor is home to six bedrooms, with some perfect for families, and the remaining two bedrooms can be found on the attic floor where exposed eaves add character and quirk.
