Outside there is access to woodlands and horses in stables, which are enclosed for safety - owner requires access passed the property twice a day with the horses. as well as off-road parking for 5 cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Two well-behaved pets are welcome; however, smoking is not permitted. Within 2.1 miles there is a shop and within 4.7 miles, a pub. Ballina, noted for its friendly welcome and for its location on the River Moy, is only a short drive away. The internationally renowned River Moy is considered as one of Europe's premier salmon fishing grounds, producing thousands of salmon each year, while the surrounding Lough Conn is also home to salmon and brown trout when in season. The town has a diverse range of pubs, shops, and restaurants, and a number of historic attractions, such as the imposing St Muredach's Cathedral, which stands imposingly on the banks of the river, and the nearby Céide Fields, which is the world's most extensive stone age monument, attract thousands of visitors each year.
