This single-storey property consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining seating for four and a sitting area with TV, DVD player, Bluetooth wireless speaker, and woodburning stove. There is a king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Outside, there is a patio garden and off-road parking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Apologies, smoking is not permitted. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Within 5.6 miles there is a shop and within 4.9 miles, a pub. Birch is the perfect place for a couple looking for a countryside escape. This property is only able to accept bookings for a minimum of 7 night in peak season and 3 nights in off peak season.

Newtonmore has shops, pubs, and two award-winning museums overlooking the River Spey in Britain's largest national park, the Cairngorms. Newtonmore's Wildcat Trail is a 7-mile circular walk around the village, taking in the River Spey, woodland, moorland, and views of the Cairngorms and Monadhliath Mountains - a fitting introduction to the National Park. Folk Park, Kincraig Wildlife Park, Landmark at Carrbridge, and Steam Railway are great for kids. The area is ideal for golf, fishing, pony trekking, walking, birdwatching, cycling, mountain biking, climbing, and skiing.
