The ground floor features a spacious open-plan living area with a sitting room and dining area overlooking the garden, and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, there is a large enclosed garden and a shared games barn, with off-road parking for several cars. Located a short drive from Alyth's local amenities, Holly House is a perfect holiday base for nine guests to enjoy the Scottish Highlands year-round. Note: No stag or hen parties. Check-in from 5pm.
