The popular resort of Perranporth is just one mile away from the property and boasts long golden sands and an impressive array of shops, pubs and restaurants. Venture a little further afield and you ll reach the A30, which will bring you to many of Cornwall s most popular attractions including The Eden Project, just a 30 minute drive away. Arranged on one level, this charming property is open plan, making the most of its unique round structure. In the shaker style kitchen area you will find an electric oven and hob, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Once you have finished preparing your meals, dine at the table in the window before retreating to the lounge area for a relaxing evening. For cosy evenings in, make the most of the SMART TV with Netflix.. One of the sofas in the lounge also turns into a bed, perfect for sleeping an additional guest. or two young children. (Additional bedding available on request at no extra charge) The double bedroom is light and airy with a door leading to the rear terrace for enjoying the first cup of coffee of the day. There is a TV/DVD and DAB radio in the bedroom and a bathroom with overhead electric shower, heated towel rail and WC next door. Outside, the private enclosed gated patio area with garden furniture is a peaceful and romantic space for enjoying al fresco meals during your stay. Your dog can enjoy this space with you.
