With footpaths, cycle routes and bridle ways, discover gentle strolls to challenging climbs with breath taking views. Visit the RSPB Reserve for wildlife watching, go river and sea fishing or have an adventure at Zip World and Surf Snowdonia. Taste the culinary delights in pubs, restaurants and cafes, enjoy the wide range of shops and attractions such as the Welsh Mountain Zoo, the Elizabethan Town House and the Smallest House in Britain. The entrance to this stone and timber building welcomes you into the contemporary kitchen complementing the period charm of the 16th century house. If you decide to eat in, the kitchen is spacious with all the equipment you need to prepare a delicious meal, with an electric range cooker, separate electric hob along with a microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Lay the antique dining table with items from the 18th century Welsh dresser. The utility room is ideal to dry your boots and jackets after a day s walking or fishing. The house is full of period appeal with beams and interesting features on the windows and unique doors going through to the cosy lounge with wood burner, comfy sofas, Smart TV, Smart speakers and superb views from the window. The little snug has another TV and coal effect electric fire, perfect for games or to enjoy a good book. As you head up the staircases, there are two, with one at either end of the building, you are treated to glimpses of the family history. The four bedrooms all have a different feel with two twin rooms, a king size and the stunning contemporary four poster king size. There is a large shower room with power shower and WC and a separate bathroom with enticing roll top bath and WC. The property has home from home comforts, steeped in history and a delight to holiday in. Outside, there are treats galore in the enclosed walled garden, half an acre to enjoy with numerous fruit trees, plants, lawn and exclusive hot tub. The paved terrace with large marble topped table and chairs, honeysuckle covered pergola, hammock and outdoor sofas is perfect for alfresco dining, relaxing and embracing the wonderful surroundings and views. The owner can offer stabling for up to 8 horses, along with exercise areas, turn out and hacking on site for an additional fee, to be arranged with the owner.
