Nestling on the outskirts of Newquay, you will find some of the country's finest beaches within an easy stride of your front door. The town centre is also just a short walk away and offers a vast selection of shops, restaurants and pubs to suit all tastes. Visit some of Newquay's all year round popular destinations from Newquay Zoo, Waterworld, Blue Reef Aquarium and Dairyland and many more. A short drive will take you to Watergate Bay, popular with surfers and kite surfers. Other attractions and places of interest close by include the Lost Gardens of Heligan, the Eden Project, Boscastle and Padstow. Stepping into the property a spacious entrance halls leads to a lovely light and airy open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Here cosy leather sofas sit in front of the TV/DVD, the perfect place to relax at the end of a busy day exploring, French doors provide access to a delightful enclosed balcony with seating and countryside views. The contemporary kitchen is well equipped and offers an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The outside space comprises of a lovely small balcony with seating and views across to the fields beyond, a perfect place to enjoy a relaxed drink in the sun. The property has private off road parking for one car and additional roadside parking can be found nearby.
