Renovated to a high standard, this barn conversion is conveniently located to explore all Cornwall has to offer. The property is close to Bodmin Moor, a paradise to walkers, and other attractions such as the world famous Eden Project and Lanhydroc House; as well as having easy access to both coasts to the south are the coastal towns of Fowey, Looe and Charlestown and to the north popular destinations such as Port Isaac (famed in the TV show Doc Martin), Padstow (try Rick Steins famous fish and chips) and some of the countries surfing hot spots at Polzeath and Newquay. For the keen angler in your party try Siblyback and Colliford Lakes or the local Fowey rivers where day passes are available. Other local attractions include cycling at Cardinham, The National Lobster Hatchery, Newquay Zoo, Karting at St Eval, many National Trust properties and a 18 hole golf course in Bodmin. Enter the property on the ground floor and into the central hallway, leading through to the sociable, open plan living area the lounge is the perfect place to relax after a day adventuring, kick back and stream your favourite films on the Smart TV. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with electric oven and hop, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer perfect for preparing a meal using ingredients sourced from local farm shops and seafood specialists there is ample dining space around the large table and you can get competitive with a round of table football.
