The central location of this property makes a wonderful base for exploring the region, with something to see and do in every direction. Hunsingore is a peaceful village, so when at the property, you re assured of a restful retreat. For the more active, there are miles of walks and cycle routes in nearby Little Ribston Park. Located close to the Yorkshire Dales and the Yorkshire Moors, stunningly beautiful in all seasons. Alternatively, Harrogate,York and Leeds are a short drive and provide an abundance of attractions. Families will enjoy Lightwater Valley, Fountains Abbey and many museums, castles and abbeys nearby. Don t forget to pack your glad rags to enjoy a fun filled day at York or Wetherby Races. Enter this luxurious property, arranged over two floors, and step into the spacious hallway. Leading off to your left and up four steps you will find a large contemporary kitchen with exposed beams and vaulted ceiling, equipped with electric range oven and ceramic hob, two fridges, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Beyond the kitchen area is a dining table and a cosy seating area. Off the hallway is the utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. A convenient shower room with WC is also on this floor. Leading off the hallway is the snug with wood burner, Smart TV, Wii, PlayStation 2 with a selection of games, books and games, perfect for a quiet read or to watch your favourite TV show. There a two steps down to a very spacious lounge which provides a wonderful place to relax in front of the wood burner and enjoy a cup of tea, unwind or why not watch a family film together on the Smart TV or even tinker away on the piano. Also on this floor is a King size bedroom with Smart TV. Heading up the oak turn staircase to the first floor you will find three super king size zip and link bedrooms (which can be made up as a twins on request) with Smart TV s, one has an en suite shower room with WC and walk in wardrobe, and lastly there is a king size bedroom with Smart TV. Completing the accommodation on this floor is the bathroom with indulgent double bath and WC. Heading outside, double doors from the kitchen/diner open out onto the South facing decked area where you will find plenty of garden furniture, a charcoal BBQ and a private hot tub. To the side of the property there is a grassed garden area to sit and enjoy some peace and quiet also. There is ample off road parking.

The property is in a residential area, therefore the owners kindly request that guests are considerate of neighbours. Please note, property is meant for the purpose of a holiday and stag/hen parties and certain group bookings are not permitted group, and a security deposit may be requested.
