Attractive bungalow with sea views, large driveway, private enclosed garden and a close walk to the harbourside and town. Located in a peaceful cul de sac, this is an excellent choice for young families. A 300 metre walk will bring you to Brixham s bustling harbour, where boat trips can be enjoyed and freshly caught seafood is available in abundance from the many local restaurants, cafes and shops. Once you have finished exploring the harbour and town, take to the coast path to marvel at the breath taking views and enjoy a stroll to nearby Fishcombe Cove. Beautifully renovated throughout, this property boasts high ceilings, wooden floors, an original feature fireplace and plenty of natural light through the extensive windows. At the front of the house, a sunny lounge boasts wooden flooring, a Victorian feature fireplace, two leather sofas, a TV, DVD player and dining table set into a large bay window to provide a meal with a view. The kitchen is chic and stylish, offering a light, bright and contemporary space in which to prepare meals. Here you will find an oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There are two bedrooms in this property, one double and one twin, each featuring wooden flooring and plenty of storage space. The bedrooms share a sleek and sophisticated bathroom with shower over bath and separate WC. To the rear of the house is a large garden laid to lawn, bordered by high fencing and original stone walls, perfect for young children and dogs. At the end of the garden, a raised terrace area with table and chairs makes a peaceful sun trap for enjoying outside meals with the family. To the front of the house there is ample off road parking to fit two cars or a boat.

Brixham is busy fishing village situated on a very steep hill, so access to some parts of the village can be challenging.. Many of the amenities and cottages in Brixham are accessed via steps some of which can be steep.. Please contact us if you have specific requirements.. There are many small winding streets that are not suitable for cars. There will be no house access possible until 4pm on the day of arrival, but guests who arrive early are invited to park their vehicle on the driveway from the 11am time that the departing guests have to vacate. The owners regret that no form of 'Welcome Pack' can be provided as they do not live in Devon and as the cleaners are unable to do so.
