Waves At Pevensey Bay is a dog friendly holiday cottage.
This beach front property is situated right on the beach at Pevensey Bay, with its quiet, shingle beach, it is ideal for sailing, swimming or a spot of fishing. Just a short drive from the property, is the village of Pevensey with its striking castle, now an English Heritage site and the Sovereign Harbour Marina, Eastbourne, a great place for a spot of lunch whilst admiring the wide variety of boats moored up. Further along the coast, are the towns of Eastbourne and Bexhill on Sea. The Towner in Eastbourne, is a stylish contemporary art gallery and is not to be missed. For animal lovers, Drusilla s Park at Alfriston offers a great family day out with Lemurs, penguins and a family splash park. Approximately 16 steps (with handrail) lead you to the property where you enter into a hallway where there is space for dropping off sandy shoes and hanging coats. There are cupboards containing the washing machine and freezer. To the left of the hall is a spacious open plan sitting room/kitchen/dining area with fantastic panoramic sea views. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and WC and there is additional hanging space for the bedrooms in the hall cupboard.. French doors open from the sitting area out to a beach garden with dining table, chairs, charcoal BBQ and a wonderful firepit perfect for toasting marshmallows whilst star gazing in the evening. A garden gate at the end of the garden gives direct access to the beach. At the front of the property is parking for two cars and ample roadside parking for additional cars.
