This charming property has character and style in abundance and is ideally situated for lovers of outdoor pursuits. Located in the heart of the village of Sway with the New Forest National Park and coast on your doorstep, you re sure to enjoy exploring the many walking and cycling routes leading from the cottage. The village has a good choice of local amenities, or, take a trip to nearby Lymington with its strong maritime heritage, cobbled streets and pretty harbour, you can while away an afternoon browsing the shops or relax with a drink in one of the popular cafes. For more of an adventure, why not take the ferry to the Isle of Wight or try your hand at fishing. A path leads from the parking area to the main entrance of this semi detached property. Just inside the door is a separate WC, which you pass before you step up into the stunning open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, which is bathed in natural light and is furnished and equipped with the utmost care to ensure all of your comforts are considered. The contemporary kitchen area is very well equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as luxury appliances including a juicer and bread maker. There is a comfortable dining area for all the family with Smart TV and a useful utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, dog wash for little muddy paws and space to leave boots. Two steps down bring you into the lounge area, where you can warm yourself beside the wood burner with Smart TV and Netflix, making it the ideal place to relax. The first basket of logs are provided for the wood burner, 5 per basket thereafter. Rising from this room is a staircase leading to an enticing king size bedroom, overlooking the garden and with a Smart TV. A door leads to a second landing and the bathroom, which has a shower over bath and WC. Adjacent to here is a super king size zip and link bedroom (which can be made up as a twin on request), with a pretty feature fireplace, Smart TV and use of the bathroom, this charming room is sure to ensure a good night s sleep. Heading outside from the utility room you will find a generous fully enclosed garden with hot tub, furniture and a children's swing set. A large lawn and outdoor shower makes this the ideal space for your four legged friends. A step down from the lawn leads you onto a paved terrace directly behind the cottage. There is off road parking for four cars to the front of the cottage and a garage and bike storage.

If the hot tub requires a mid stay clean there will be a 50 surcharge. Strictly no charging of electric vehicles at this property, the nearest public charging point is 3 miles away in Brockenhurst.
