Situated just metres from the golden sandy beach in Alnmouth, this property offers stunning panoramic sea views together with wonderful walks from the doorstep. Alnmouth itself has plenty to offer from a nine hole golf course to a selection of shops, bars, restaurants and tearooms. Wildlife lovers should hop on a boat to the Farne Islands while those looking to soak up some local culture shouldn t miss a visit to the medieval castles in both Warkworth and Alnwick. Inside, the accommodation has been lovingly renovated to offer a tasteful blend of old and new. Enter via a small, shared courtyard with secure storage for bikes and walking gear before climbing the stairs to the main living areas. While inside, most of your time will be spent admiring the fantastic views from the bay window seat in the lounge/diner. This is a spacious and bright room with stylish sofas, a good sized dining table, wooden flooring, an oriental rug, tasteful artwork and a wonderful open fire set into an original fireplace. Here you will also find a Smart TV, Bluetooth music speaker, Wii Console and a selection of games, books and music. This property offers three beautifully presented bedrooms, one super king/twin with wonderful sea views, luxurious Scandinavian style duvets (including twin bed configuration) and one double overlooking a pretty rear terrace and one further twin. The bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with large walk in shower and separate full size bath. Outside, there is a small, shared courtyard with a shed for storing bikes and golfing equipment. There is on street parking in one of the many nearby free parking bays together with additional paid parking at the beach front.
