Bay View Cottage Seagrove Bay is a dog friendly holiday cottage.
Located in the upper west wing of a lovely large Edwardian property with small separate apartment above, this light and spacious apartment is perfectly situated for beachside activities. As it s close to Seagrove Bay and to the gorgeous Priory Bay, you can enjoy swimming, paddling and boating fun. For off the water interests, wander into the atmospheric village centre of Seaview, which has small shops, a sailing club and restaurants. Entering the three bedroom self contained property via a raised gantry that leads from the lane to the front door, there is a large open plan kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Alongside, is a pleasant dining area with doors leading out to a balcony for enjoying the magnificent views. Outdoor furniture allows for dining alfresco or simply relaxing in the evening sun. The large lounge area with TV/DVD and Bluetooth speaker system has many windows with wonderful open sea views; an additional dining area if there is a preference for staying indoors; and a delightful conservatory style alcove for gazing longingly out to sea. The property has a wide central area from which all the rooms lead off. There are two lovely double bedrooms both with stunning sea views and a large children s room with double bunk bed with single bed above, plus a single bed with a pullout single bed below it.. This room has a comfortable sofa and provides a pleasant place for young people to relax. There is a separate dressing room. There is a bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC and a separate shower room with shower and WC. Stepping on to a balcony with outdoor furniture from the dining room allows guests to dine al fresco or simply relax in the evening sun. Additionally, two French doors lead from the lounge area to small balconies to enjoy yet more amazing views of the beach and sea. Roadside parking can be found on the lane just across from the property.
