A fantastic detached home of distinction by the beach at Tresaith, looking straight out to sea. This picturesque seaside village has a pub and a shop to compliment the superb sandy beach. This is a fantastic destination any time of the year, popular with couples and families alike. The coastal path links to nearby Aberporth and can be accessed from the property. There are a host of villages to visit such as New Quay, offering boat trips, water sports, sailing and surfing, and colourful Aberaeron is a short drive, with harbour, shops, restaurants and a fun pebble beach. There is lots to see and do for all ages with wonderful scenery right on your doorstep. Enter this fabulous, coastal retreat into the hallway and step through into the superb open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The kitchen is very well equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine with breath taking sea views. The lounge, with bi fold doors with sea views let the magnificent outdoors in, has TV/DVD with Sky plus package to keep everyone entertained. There is also a snug with TV, making this a very family friendly destination. There is a ground floor double bedroom, again with super sea views and completing the ground floor is the family bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Head upstairs to the first floor where you will find the three further bedrooms, a double, a twin bedroom with en suite shower room and WC and a single bedroom. The bed in the single room is accessed via a small ladder. Outside there is a large enclosed garden overlooking the bay, this space has a patio and lawn and even its own spacious bar area, sit and relax well into the evening, watching the sun go down in the most sociable garden out there. Lots of easy seating and a charcoal BBQ make this area perfect for al fresco dining. There is off road parking for three cars with steps leading down to the property.
