Set on the north coast of Cornwall and Devon which is renowned for its rugged coastline and picturesque fishing villages such as Boscastle, Clovelly, and Port Isaac. Styled in contemporary decor with traditional touches, this accommodation offers the perfect family getaway within easy reach of Cornwall s top family attractions including The Milky Way, The Big Sheep, Trethorne Leisure Park or why not explore Tamar Lake which has water sports, fishing and great walks. Sleeping up to six people, it is an ideal spot for children with play facilities on site and a farmland path for scenic walks. The open plan living space incorporates a lounge/kitchen/diner with comfortable facilities including a kitchen area with ceramic hob, electric double oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The charming dining space with table and chairs leads onto the lounge which features two leather sofas, TV, DVD, Freeview and Hi Fi. Upstairs offers three bedrooms including one double bedroom with en suite shower and WC and a further two twin rooms, each with TVs. The bathroom features a shower over bath and WC. A stairgate is also available if required. To the side of the property, there is a private decked area with seating and a BBQ, alternatively there is access to a large shared garden equipped with play facilities including climbing frame with swings and a slide. There is also a pretty pergola and seating to enjoy the countryside setting. The property offers access to a farmland path for stunning walks across the nearby fields.
