Set in an enviable position beside the beach and with views over the harbour, this period 1930 s apartment is set in a characterful block in the heart of West Bay with a wide choice of amenities on the doorstep, including swathes of shingle beach and an abundance of bars, cafés and restaurants. The Jurassic Coast is the ideal base for a fun filled break, with many activities available directly from the harbour, including boat trips around the coast to Lyme Regis and fishing. Walkers will find endless routes in this area, including the South West Coast Path, which runs through the Bay to Weymouth. The nearby market town of Bridport has a wealth of shops selling all manner of supplies as well vintage curios. A pathway from the parking area leads you to the shared entrance door. Once inside you are met with a hallway that gives access to the first floor apartment via a set of stairs. On entering the apartment, you will firstly find the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with views over the harbour and sea beyond. The bright and airy lounge has a Smart TV making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day on the beach. Or why not enjoy a leisurely meal at the table for two, whilst watching the boats bobbing in the harbour. Heading outside from the communal hallway you will find a shared lawn with views over the beach, which is the ideal spot for your four legged friends to stretch their legs. To the front of the apartment building you will find a parking area for one vehicle (subject to availability).
