Enjoying a convenient location close to the cricket ground and just yards away from Westward Ho!'s beach, Northam Burrows and the ocean beyond, this is a great base from which to explore the local area. Westward Ho! has a wide range of amenities, including independent shops, restaurants and pubs. Keen golfers can stroll along to Royal North Devon Golf Club and enjoy a round. Take a trip on the Oldenburg to Lundy Island which lies just off the North Devon coast, or walk along the coastal path offering some superb views. Or why not pop along to the new Northam Burrows visitors centre and café for some inspiration! You will relish returning to your holiday home where comfort and style take centre stage providing relaxation before planning your next day s adventure. This property has been arranged with a reverse level layout to make the most of the views from the first floor. It really is a great base for friends or families to enjoy this seaside town. Heading upstairs there is a bright and stylish open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with a vaulted ceiling and superb views over the Northam Country Park to the beach and sea beyond. The third bedroom is off this room and has a king size bed and an en suite shower room with shower and WC. French doors lead out onto the front balcony with its stylish table and chairs, perfect for your morning coffee. The whole house has been furnished and equipped with impeccable style. The lounge area has a corner sofa and a snuggle chair, wall mounted Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. The wall mounted Sonus beam soundbar produces High Definition sound, In addition, there are built in Bluetooth speakers in the living area, so you can play your own music. The kitchen area is well equipped and provides everything you need including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wine fridge and Espresso coffee machine. Dine at the family size table or if you prefer enjoy drinks whilst watching the sunset on the large balcony with further dining table and chairs looking out to sea. The rear balcony can also be accessed from the lounge area through the large bi folding doors which also has sea views. The balcony off the kitchen area is a great spot for alfresco breakfast or evening drinks. Heading outside through the bedroom patio doors there is an enclosed garden with patio area, outdoor wicker corner sofa, table and hot shower. The garage is accessed via the back door and offers a washing machine as well as a games area with pool table, dart board and buckets and spades, there is also a rack for surfboards and hanging area for wet suits. An outside hot shower allows you to wash off sandy toes or paws before entering the property. There is parking on the driveway for one car and others roadside.

Outside hot shower ideal for wet suits or sandy paws. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate avalaible. Portable Hot Tubs are NOT to be used at the property. Please note the whole site including the house, balconies and gardens are nonsmoking / no vaping.
