Perfect for a leisurely breakfast or morning coffee, or a chilled glass of wine on a warm evening to the sound of the wheeling seagulls. Younger visitors are well-catered for with a games room and the den-style top floor attic room. Sleeping three, it has been decorated in bright funky colours and is complete with bean bags and a Smart TV. Outside, the split-level garden is a delight.
