Perfectly situated within walking distance of the National Trust s Arlington Court, plus only a short drive of Exmoor which offers wonderful scenery and walking terrain. Immediately from the property, there are areas perfect for keen walkers, mountain bikers and road cyclists alike. Those in search of sea and surf are also well catered for with Croyde, Woolacombe and Saunton all close by; and the traditional coastal villages of Ilfracombe, Lynton and Lynmouth are also well worth a visit. Alternatively head into the vibrant market town of Barnstaple which boasts an array of amenities including a swimming pool, theatre and cinema, traditional pannier market, and access to the ever popular Tarka Trail. Other attractions and places of interest accessible from here include Broomhill Arts and Sculpture Gardens, Marwood Hill Gardens, Exmoor Zoo and Watermouth Castle. Further to this guests can also enjoy access to a generously proportioned field, meaning that four legged holidaymakers can be exercised with ease. Ample private off road parking and lockable bike storage is also provided within the enclosed area.
