The cottage is also perfect for venturing further afield towards the Yorkshire coast, the Dales, visiting lovely market towns or walking the North York Moors. There are a huge choice of attractions close by, ranging from National Trust properties such as the Treasurer s House and Beningbrough Hall to fun filled family days out in Go Ape in Dalby Forest, beautiful Castle Howard, Burnby Hall and the Elvington Air Museum. Plus don't forget your golf clubs, the golf course is just 2 miles away! The property welcomes you into a gated driveway, surrounded by lush countryside, this three bedroom haven is ideal for a family trip or gathering with friends. Modern meets comfort and charm which welcomes you with open arms. Straight away you will get the sense of home once you step inside the entrance hallway. Seek relaxation in the living area with views to the garden, which boasts tasteful décor, lounge on the plush reclining sofas as the free standing wood burning stove creates a cosy ambience whilst you browse through the options on the Smart TV, there's also a selection of books if you fancy a peaceful afternoon of reading. The dining area is the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast at the dining table with seating for six and plan the day s events and the kitchen area with breakfast bar has everything you need for a meal times, such as an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Slide open the patio doors and head out to the garden and enjoy breakfast in the peaceful surroundings. The utility room off the hallway has a washing machine should you need it and leads you to the patio. Completing the downstairs is a separate WC. When it's time to retreat to bed, head upstairs to one of the three well appointed bedrooms; a king size with an en suite shower room and WC, a king size zip and link (which can be made up as a twin with 2'6" single beds on request) and en suite shower room with WC, and, a double with en suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC.
