This light and airy end of terrace cottage, is perfectly located for those who enjoy the sea, sandy beaches, water sports and walking. The property is one mile from Aberporth with its beaches, cafes and pubs. The coastal town of New Quay is a little further afield and offers an array of activities, shops, and eateries as well as the historic town of Cardigan with its restored Castle. Within easy reach are an array of events to attend and a plethora of cafes, pubs and restaurants to delight your taste buds. Whether you want an action packed holiday or to relax and unwind in beautiful scenery, this is just what you are looking for. Enter the property via the patio area to the front of the property. The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner has attention to detail throughout and is a fantastic social place for all to enjoy. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and coffee machine. The dining table is perfectly positioned with views to the front of the property where you can enjoy a home cooked meal and plan your next day s activities. There is ample comfortable seating for all to relax and unwind, the rear doors can be opened up to enjoy the small garden area whilst you sip your morning coffee. The front doorway and hall offer space to hang your coats or to kick off your walking boots or flip flops. To the right of the entrance doorway you will find a handy shower room and WC. As you head up the L shape stairs with bright large windows, there are two welcoming bedrooms, one spacious king size and one twin bedroom for all to enjoy a good nights rest. Stepping outside to the front of the property you will find a patio area with seating, a lovely spot for a BBQ and some al fresco dining, to the rear of the property you will find a small seating area. It is set amongst similar cottages in 40 acres of shared grounds. There is ample private parking.
