Making the most of the quiet location on the edge of St Austell town, take in the view towards the sea and Charlestown (1.5 miles) whilst being perfectly placed to explore some of Cornwall s best attractions. A short drive takes you to Charlestown, a pristine working port which has gained fame as a filming location for TV and films including Poldark and Alice in Wonderland. Nearby Carlyon bay has a fabulous coastline with great walks. Within short driving distance, you will find wonderful attractions including the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan. Entering the property on the ground floor, you ll enter into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, the bright and airy lounge area features a Smart TV, comfortable seating and bi fold doors to the enclosed courtyard. From the lounge move to the open plan kitchen/diner, the well equipped kitchen area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, Nepresso coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer and then step into the dining area with seating for all the family to enjoy a home cooked meal. Also on the ground floor you will find the first bedroom, a king size zip and link (which can be made into a twin on request). Heading upstairs to the first floor you will come across the remaining bedrooms, one super king size with sea views and two single bedrooms. One of the single bedrooms is equipped with Smart TV, computer games console, making it perfect for all the family. On this floor you will also find the family bathroom with shower over bath and WC. The enclosed courtyard has seating for all the family to dine alfresco on those summer nights. Street parking available nearby.
