This delightful holiday home is just a few miles from the pretty moorland town of Dulverton, which offers a variety of good pubs and restaurants. The stunning and dramatic Exmoor National Park is nearby, and offers a fantastic range of breathtaking walks with spectacular views. You can walk to the Tarr Steps in the heart of Exmoor and enjoy the sights of the beautiful wooded valley of the River Barle. There are also opportunities for horse riding and fishing nearby. A short drive away is the glorious North Devon coast, with its picturesque views, sandy beaches, charming seaside towns including Porlock, Lynmouth and Lynton, the Valley of the Rocks, and the breathtaking coastal walk from Heddons Mouth to Woody Bay. On entering this charming cottage, two steps down will take you into the traditional and welcoming lounge. Tastefully furnished, with comfy seating, TV, DVD and wood burner effect gas fire, this is an ideal space to relax in at the end of a wonderful day. Moving through the lounge you will find the conservatory with seating and bistro tables, where you can sit back and enjoy the garden views. Exploring this lovely property further you will find an additional study/lounge with a sofa bed which can accommodate 2 people. You will also find an attractive dining room adjacent to the kitchen with comfortable seating for 8, as well as TV and DVD. Moving into the attractively designed kitchen you will find it fully equipped with Rayburn, twin burner gas hob, microwave and dishwasher. Next to the kitchen is a larder with fridge/freezer, and the washing machine and dryer are housed in the utility room, which has access directly out onto the patio. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor. Heading up to the first floor you will find three comfy bedrooms. There s a master bedroom with a king size double bed, dressing area, feature fireplace and an en suite bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC. The second bedroom has twin beds which can be made up as a zip linked king size double upon request, and there s also a cosy twin bedroom. You will also find a quaint French style bathroom, with a shower over the bath and a WC. Stepping outside, you can unwind in the terraced cottage garden with a patio area and pond.

Own water supply for sanitation; drinking water is mains supplied. Beach 12 miles, local shop 3 miles, and pub within walking distance. Supermarket home deliveries can be made to the property.
