Located halfway between Ruthin and Mold, both four miles from Eryrys, a pretty village. Pop to the market town of Mold, with its street market, annual food and drink festival and Theatre Clywd, or the historic towns of Ruthin and Denbigh, steeped in history with a range of independent shops and eateries. There s great walking nearby at Coed Y Felin nature reserve, or climb nearby Moel Famau, the highest hill in the Clwydian Range or further afield is Snowdonia with its mountain railway. 13 miles North East is the beautiful walled city of Chester with its medieval walls, specialist shops, tempting restaurants and world famous Zoo. Kinmel bay 19 miles north with its sandy beach is well worth a visit too. Walk into the light and bright porch with space for your outdoor attire and an initial supply of logs. Continue through to the imposing open hallway leading through to the spacious kitchen with a breakfast table, TV, and sofa to relax on as you plan your menus. The stunning kitchen has been well designed with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, wine cooler and useful island with breakfast bar. There is plenty of space to all gather and the opportunity to open up the French doors to the large garden. Walk through to the open plan lounge and conservatory, sit back on the cosy sofas and watch your favourites on the Smart TV and enjoy the comfort of the wood burner after a day out. The dining table is perfectly positioned in the conservatory to enjoy a meal together overlooking the garden with lovely valley views. Step down from the Kitchen into the large entertainment room with games, DVDs, Nintendo Wii, PlayStation and Smart TV to immerse yourselves in and spend family quality time. Another door through leads to a spacious utility / laundry room which is so useful for week long stays with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Exploring this delightful property further, on the ground floor you will find the lovely master super king size with SkyTV (basic package), dressing room and en suite bathroom with spa bath, separate shower and WC.
