Within a short walk are newsagents, a pub, cafes, a Michelin rated restaurant, fish n chip bar and Indian/Chinese takeaways. Ashcombe Park (400 metres) is extensive and great for kids, walkers and dogs, or visit Weston/Worlebury woods which provides miles of woodland trails and are within a mile. Weston is one of the great British seaside resorts (two miles) visit the world famous Weston Grand Pier with its indoor theme park, amusements, state of the art rides, Go Kart track, three level soft play area and a 4D Cinema! Weston Donkeys are of course legendary and a must for every child visitor. Alternatively, Sand Bay beach is a mile and a half and boasts fantastic views across the bay to South Wales. For sports enthusiasts Worlebury Golf club and Hutton Moor Leisure Centre which has most sports covered are both within a mile. This beautiful 1840 s detached house is accessed via a no through lane and sits in an enclosed garden with far reaching views over Weston super Mare and beyond from most of the bedrooms. Enter this beautiful property into an entrance hall which leads to the principle rooms the lounge, dining room and the kitchen/breakfast room there is also a useful cloakroom with WC. Step into the welcoming lounge which is ideal for kicking back and relaxing in with a Smart TV, feature fireplace, snuggle up sofas, chair and a window seat that overlooks the garden. The elegant dining room is ideal if you are enjoying a snack or sitting down to a special meal at the large table with wood burner. From here go into the kitchen/breakfast room which has bi folding doors to open the house during fine weather. The well equipped kitchen has a range style cooker with gas hob and electric ovens, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is also a utility cupboard with the washing machine. Access to the property is up a narrow lane, but there is off road parking for 1 or 2 small/medium cars. There is ample roadside parking nearby.
