A superb coastal home perfectly located to make the most of the far reaching views over Bideford Bay, The Bristol Channel and towards Lundy Island. A short walk takes you to the vibrant seaside village of Westward Ho!, known for its long stretch of sandy beach and unique pebble ridge. Within a short drive there is much more to see and do in the area with a host of family attractions nearby which include The Big Sheep and The Milky Way or you can spend a day cycling on the famous Tarka Trail. Entering the property on the ground floor, the hallway takes you to the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner which features a Smart TV, comfortable seating and French doors which lead out to the rear garden. Leading off the lounge area is a snug room with a Smart TV and desk area, ideal for teens or adults looking for some down time or home working, also books and games can also be found here for you to enjoy, back through to the lounge area and the open plan kitchen/dining area which offers plenty of room to eat as well as a well equipped kitchen area with electric oven and induction hob, combi oven/microwave, dishwasher, American style fridge/freezer and Nespresso coffee machine. In the entrance hall there is a separate WC and an internal door leading through to the garage/games room which has a pool table, table football, darts and a utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer. Heading up to the first floor there are four bedrooms, one king size with Smart TV and an en suite shower room with WC, one twin room with zip and link with 2' 6" beds (which can be made up as a king size on request), one double and one bunk bedroom, both having a sea view. The bathroom completes the accommodation with shower over bath and WC. Heading outside from the lounge area onto a patio area with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ ideal for spending relaxed evenings. There is a generous astroturf area, perfect for the children with giant garden games, plus, your own private hot tub. There is off road parking on the drive for one car, and one car can park on the road across the driveway.
