Described as Tenby s finest terrace, this row of six houses is perched in a sought after position overlooking Castle Beach. With golden sand stretching down to the neighbouring South Beach, this is a fantastic spot for swimming, dog walking and sunbathing. Behind the property lies Tenby s ancient, cobbled streets, which are traffic free and lined with independent shops, cafes, restaurants and galleries. The busy harbour offers regular fishing trips and boat rides to the holy island of Caldey, while Tenby s North Beach provides more opportunities for swimming and relaxing. Continue along the coastline as you follow the Pembrokeshire Coast Path past Monkstone Beach to neighbouring Saundersfoot, or set out in the other direction to reach Freshwater East. Climb the steps to enter the property. Inside, this Grade II listed imposing Georgian home retains plenty of original features, including sash windows, shutters, a grand winding staircase, wooden floorboards and ornate cornicing. Contemporary yet classic, on the ground floor the kitchen boasts shaker style units and marble worktops fitted with an electric range oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher, with a washing machine and tumble dryer in a separate cupboard. Enjoy special meals in the large dining room where there is a useful kitchenette with boiling tap and fridge, a TV and DVD, and access onto the patio which has stunning sea views. Up the stairs to the first floor, the lounge is a light, bright, wonderful space for relaxing; with two large sash windows to capture the fantastic views of the sea and give you access to the veranda. This room is equipped with a TV/DVD and soundbar. Also on this floor is a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a separate shower. On the second floor, the stunning master bedroom enjoys wonderful sea views, a king size bed, TV and en suite wet room complete with sea views. There is a further king size bedroom on this floor, as well as a bathroom with separate shower. On the third floor is a family room with a king size bed and a day bed with a truckle bed available, plus an en suite shower room. Completing this floor is a further king size bedroom with an en suite shower room. Outside, an enclosed terrace with seating provides a wonderful spot for al fresco meals and drinks. Meanwhile, the communal garden with original castellated walls offers direct access onto the beach. There is a parking space for one car.
