This stunning spacious property is in an ideal location for exploring Tenby and beyond. Situated just around the corner from a golf course, 500 metres from South Beach and half a mile from the imposing ruins of Tenby Castle, there s plenty to do without having to get in the car. The Tudor Merchant s House (0.5 miles) will delight historians both young and old, and there are lots of pubs, cafes, shops and restaurants around there to keep you occupied. A 5 minute walk will bring you to North Beach where you can see the iconic Goscar Rock rearing out of the sand or enjoy views of St Catherine s Island from Castle Beach (both half a mile). Further afield but still within easy reach is the Dinosaur Park (3 miles) and Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo (6.5 miles). Take off your coats and shoes in the entrance hall of the property before heading into the open plan living area. Neutral decor paired with dark furnishings adds style to the area. You ll find everything you need in the kitchen, that has glossy white cabinets and shiny worktops, under counter spotlights and a gas hob with electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There s also a handy washer/dryer in here. Dine at the table next to the kitchen area for sociable mealtimes. A separate downstairs WC is also on the ground floor. Upstairs, a cosy twin room benefits from double aspect windows, one of which is a large bay window with a seat and cushions. There s also a TV/DVD and plenty of storage in here for two. The second bedroom has full size bunk beds and a TV/DVD. The final room on this floor is the main bathroom with a shower over the bath and heated towel rail. Up to the second floor, a welcoming king size bedroom is the ultimate space for couples, with a TV/DVD, dressing table and en suite bathroom with a bath with shower over. Large roof windows let in lots of light and make it a relaxing place to wind down in after a long day. French doors from the open plan living area lead to an enclosed south facing garden with a lawn for the children to run around on and a sunny patio make it a wonderful spot for an al fresco drink. A parasol, sun loungers and outdoor seating is provided. There s off road parking available for one car (or 2 small cars)
