Take a day trip to medieval Carew Castle and Tidal Mill (7 miles), or wander over to Castle Beach and discover the ruins of a 19th century fort on St Catherine s Island (0.5 miles), the beach here is sheltered and ideal for swimming at low tide. Discover Heatherton World of Activities (3.5 miles); Pembroke Castle (10.5 miles); and Clerkenhill Adventure Park and Frizbee Golf (15 miles).
