Positioned on over 100 acres of land at the end of a private lane, the property is surrounded by the owners garden with plenty of walks from your doorstep. This is a tranquil setting yet only 1.5 miles away there is a pub and shop. The harbour towns of Mevagissey, Charlestown and Fowey are within 15 miles and are lovely places to wander narrow streets, watching the fishing boats come in and try one of the harbour side restaurants. Take a 12 mile trip to the cathedral city of Truro where you can enjoy an abundance of shops and restaurants. The Lost Gardens of Heligan are also 6 miles, while the Eden Project is 10 miles. Step inside this period property into the hallway, where there s space to hang up your coats.
