Conveniently situated in the village of Newport, within walking distance of the local shop and pub. The charming market town of Howden is nearby where you can walk the ancient streets and browse the many quaint shops and cafes. Beverley is also within easy reach, offering historic sites, such as Beverley Minster, and a wealth of shops and eateries. Just a short drive away is the medieval city of York, a great day out for all of the family. Visit the National Railway museum, York Art Gallery and the popular Jorvik Viking Centre. For a day at the beach, explore the wonderful Yorkshire coast or, for keen walkers and cyclists, head up into the Howardian Hills AONB and North York Moors. A spacious entrance hall welcomes you into the property with a large lounge/diner on the left. The perfect space for all of the family to socialise, relax on the sofa and watch a movie on the Smart TV or sit at the dining table and enjoy a glass of wine after a long day exploring. The stylish kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to rustle up a meal, including an electric double oven and hob, microwave, American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine. Next is the main hub of the house, the open plan lounge/games room. With a range of gym equipment and pool table, there is something for everyone to do. There are large bi folding doors that open out from the lounge to the patio area, flooding the room with light. Along the corridor, you will find a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer and a shower room with WC. Moving upstairs there are five good sized bedrooms consisting of one king size with en suite shower room and WC, three double, one with en suite shower room and WC and one triple bedroom with three single beds. To complete the interior of this wonderful home is a family bathroom with a roll top bath, shower cubicle and WC. Heading outside you will find a spacious patio area with plenty of seating for all of the family. It is the perfect place to relax in the sun and enjoy a BBQ. There is ample off road parking.
