The property is set in an elevated position with far reaching sea views, and views of Ilfracombe Harbour. Being within walking distance to a range of pubs, restaurants and shops, this is a great location if you don t want to venture too far. You are also within walking distance of the Tunnels Beaches, family amusements, Ilfracombe Aquarium, and a swimming pool. Watermouth Castle, just 2 miles away, is a great day out and fun for the children. Woolacombe is 7 miles away and has a golden, sandy beach, whilst the town offers a choice of restaurants and shops. And 6 miles away is Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, another great day out for all the family. Enter this beautifully presented property via the porch where you have room to store hats and coats as well as welly boots. From here you will pass through a utility room complete with a washer/dryer and plenty of storage space.
