Soak up the sea views as you arrive at this property which has everything you need on your doorstep. Just a few metres away is a general store, where you can find all your grocery essentials. Enjoy a variety of eateries accommodating to everyone s taste all within a few miles east and west of the property. Located between Ogmore by Sea beach, and Southerdown Bay, you can enjoy fun packed days at the beach. Go crab spotting in the rock pools or fossil hunting along this Jurassic coast just metres below the house. Soak up the sun on the extensive golden sandy beaches or roll down the sand dunes. Other local attractions include Ogmore Castle, Southerdown Golf Club and Ogmore Horse Riding Centres all approximately 2 miles north of the property. Step into this wonderful split level seaside property, into a spacious hallway, with a lovely open wooden split staircase and plenty of space to store your coats and walking shoes. On the left is a spacious bedroom with a comfy double bed, chest of drawers and a Victorian drying rack. On the right hand side is another bedroom with full size bunk beds and a double wardrobe. The family bathroom is also on this floor and has a shower over the bath, bidet and WC. At the top of the wooden staircase is a lovely open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Enjoy croissants and coffee at the large breakfast bar or at the dining room table, where you can enjoy some lovely sea views. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave, although you may be just as happy washing the dishes in the basin and enjoying some calming sea views. There is a shower room and WC on this floor and across the landing is the master bedroom which has a cosy double bed from which you can appreciate those wonderful sea and sky views. On the lower level of the property is the fourth bedroom with a double bed and views of the garden, and another shower room and WC. This floor also offers an open plan kitchen/diner and living area, which has a fridge/freezer, an electric oven and hob, ideal for preparing foods for some alfresco dining in the garden. Relax in the living area where you can enjoy watching your favourite TV programmes on the Smart TV. Sit in the bright summer room which has two rocking chairs. This is a great opportunity to put your feet up and enjoy a good book. Heading outside, at the rear of the property is a large enclosed, lawned garden with sea views. A patio area with a seating and table and also the sunken area with a fire pit and BBQ is another fantastic feature. All in all a great space to relax, dine and let the kids run free. There is off road parking for two car and on road parking up the hill.
