As well as its enviable location and two allocated parking spaces, the house offers inviting living areas, underfloor heating, en-suite facilities and a hot tub within its enclosed garden. The bright kitchen/diner, complete with underfloor heating, an island and a large dining table, enjoys refreshing views of the coastline, a place for idle gossip, popping corks and enjoying restorative meals to a soundtrack of crashing waves. Expect regular get-togethers up on the first floor, its lounge home to a couple of large sofas (one a sofa bed) and a captain’s swivel chair ideal for people/ bird watching. A double bedroom and the family bathroom sit close by. The second-floor landing is home to another captain’s swivel chair for quiet relaxation, and leads to a double bedroom enjoying sea views and an en-suite shower room, a double bedroom enjoying dual-aspect views, and a double bedroom with a TV and Nintendo Wii, which overlooks the garden. French doors in the kitchen/diner lead to a split-level enclosed garden, where you can enjoy a BBQ on the patio after a soak in the eight-seater hot tub.
