You can spot the abundance of wildlife from the cabin or the lovely garden. There are miles of lesser known walks and cycle routes that can be accessed from the doorstep. Uttoxeter Racecourse (24 miles) and Castle Donington (7 miles) are worth a visit, or you can enjoy a historic day out exploring the National Trust properties nearby such as Kedleston, Sudbury, and Calke Abbey. Alton Towers (30 miles) and Conkers (9 miles) provide a fun filled family day out to remember. And Donnington Park Circuit (4 miles) offers popular motorsport events throughout the year. Step into the hallway to remove coats and boots and wander through to the bright and airy open plan lounge/kitchen/diner.
