This two bedroom, bright and airy bungalow located in The Gower is perfectly positioned to offer you superb access to some of Britain s most celebrated beaches. Scurlage is one of the most sought after locations on the Gower Peninsula and is great for families. On site facilities include an indoor heated swimming pool, hot tub and games room. Stock up on fresh produce from the on site shop and weekly farmer s market. Enjoy many fun days at the beach with plenty to choose from including Port Eynon (1.5 miles), Rhossili Bay (3.5 miles), Oxwich Bay (4.5 miles) and Three Cliffs Bay (6.5 miles) each offering a variety of eateries, pubs and restaurants. Embrace your adventurous side and hire water sports equipment at Oxwich Watersports Centre. Swansea is less than 15 miles and offers more shops, restaurants and pubs as well as the 5 mile promenade stretching across Swansea Bay. Enter into this bright and modern bungalow where you are invited to kick off your shoes and hang up your beach bags before stepping through into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The family shower room and WC are located near the entrance, perfect for rinsing off all that sand before you head through to relax on the soft sofas in front of the TV. Gather around the dining table for a tasty home cooked meal and chat about the day s escapades. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. Leading off the lounge you have two bedrooms, one with full size bunk beds, and the other with a comfortable and cosy double bed and a TV. Stepping outside, you have access to a shared, lawned area where you can lay out your picnic blanket and soak up the sun. The driveway can accommodate two cars. Enjoy all the on site shared facilities including an indoor heated swimming pool, hot tub, games room, children s adventure play area and outdoor playground (pool and hot tub open April October only charges may apply).
