This charming home is ideally located a short drive from the town centre of Holt, which offers a wide range of boutique shops, cafes, restaurants, and pubs all within 1.5 miles, and located very close to Holt Country Park (1.2 miles). You can enjoy the beautiful coastal scenery by taking a ride on the North Norfolk Steam Railway, which runs from the town to the Victorian seaside resort of Sheringham (7.5 miles). Other nearby attractions include the National Trust sites of Felbrigg (9 miles), Blickling Hall (11 miles), Holkham Estate (14 miles), Pensthorpe Natural Park (12 miles), and Blakeney Point (5.5 miles), where you can take a boat ride out to see the country's largest colony of grey seals. When you enter this lovely property, take off your coat and boots in the spacious hallway and proceed to the spacious lounge. A lovely, light filled space to sit and unwind. After a long day of fun, curl up on one of the comfortable sofas and read a book or watch the Smart TV. The open plan kitchen/diner is a stunning place to cook or gather around the dining table. The well equipped kitchen includes an electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and an integrated dishwasher. A separate utility room houses the washing machine, microwave and additional sink. There is an office area on the ground floor. There is also a handy downstairs WC. Head upstairs to find four comfortable bedrooms: one double, one king size, one king size with en suite shower room and WC, and one super king size with an en suite shower room with WC.
