Enter this imposing retreat into the welcoming hall with plenty of space for your outdoor attire. The welcoming space leads off to the guest bedrooms, which are all ground level. Choose from five bedrooms offering accommodation for 20 guests; all of the bedrooms are the ideal configuration for group bookings, each offering two super king size zip and link beds (which can be made into twins on request). One of these has an en suite bathroom and the four others have an en suite shower room each. There is so much space for everyone to truly relax and unwind at this super sized property. There is a ground floor shower room here alongside the useful ground floor utility room. Heading upstairs, get ready for the breathtaking views from all windows and the spectacular balcony, there is a kitchen/diner flooded with natural light with all the equipment you need for group catering. Once the meal is ready, everyone can gather around the long refectory table with benches. After dinner, head over to the enormous lounge with sofas, Freesat TV, board games, and table football to keep all entertained. Open the feature doors onto the Juliet balcony and let the outside in on lovely warm evenings. This holiday let has the benefit of an electric lift. Stepping outside, you will find a wrap around patio with ample garden furniture to enjoy the beautiful grounds, a charcoal BBQ for the warmer months, a generous lawn, and an enclosed paddock.
