This characterful countryside retreat is located in the heart of the Cornish countryside, just one mile from the local pub. Perfect for families and friends, the property sleeps 6, with two bedrooms in the main house, and a separate, private annex sleeping a further two perfect for those wishing to holiday together and also have their own space, or for multi generation families. The ancient town of Launceston is just 2 miles away, with its historic castle, shops, restaurants and pubs. Visit the stunning North Cornish Coast, only 18 miles away, where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery on the South West Coast Path or enjoy the seaside towns of Bude, Padstow, Port Issac and Boscastle. Nearby attractions include Tintagel Castle, Adrenalin Quarry, Eden Project, Siblyback Segway, The Hidden Valley, Cardinham Woods and Bodmin Moor all within 30 miles. This charming cottage offers fantastic cosy interiors. Enter through the stable kitchen door and into a well equipped kitchen/diner. Just off the kitchen diner, to the left, is a cosy twin bedroom and, to the right down two steps, you will find the welcoming lounge with wood burner and Smart TV, the perfect spot to relax and watch your favourite films in front of the fire after a busy day exploring. Also on this floor is the king size bedroom, and completing this part of the house is the family bathroom. Separate from this property and across the garden is an annexe with its own entrance, double bedroom, seating area, Smart TV and en suite shower room.
