At ground-floor level, you can spread out and enjoy the sumptuous lounge, which has a striking, contemporary style and ample space for watching the Smart TV together. Amble on through to the lounge/diner, which has a central island, when it’s time to prepare the next meal for your party. Set the table here and gather around to enjoy dishes prepared with the freshly landed Cornish seafood you have bought. Follow a few steps up from the lounge to two king-size bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room. The main staircase leads up to the first floor, where a second lounge, with views out over the water and a door to a Juliet balcony that can be opened up on summer days, is situated. There is also a kitchen space here for making cups of tea. Also at this level are a super-king-size bedroom, with an en-suite shower room, a twin room and a family bathroom. A spiral staircase winds up to the conservatory and terrace, which both capture incredible views. Relax out here with a glass of something chilled on balmy evenings and soak up the scenery.
