This wonderful ground floor apartment is situated on a fabulous complex of 11 offering pool facilities as well as wonderful woodland walks and wildflower meadows to enjoy! The perfect couples or small family retreat in Cornwall. Situated between the coastal villages of Polperro and Polruan you will be spoilt for choice of where to ramble via the stunning South West Coast Path. Polruan is a 2 mile walk and offers a couple of great pubs so you can enjoy a Cornish lunch overlooking the harbour or a cream tea in the local cafe. Here, you can take the passenger ferry and venture across to Fowey with its quaint streets full of boutique shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants, and take lunch on its quay overlooking the spectacular harbour. Further attractions include the Eden Project (13 miles), The Shipwreck Centre (15 miles) and the Lost Gardens of Heligan (21.5 miles). Enter into this fantastic ground floor apartment and into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner which offers cosy seating for you to retreat to after a long day. Put your feet up and kick back whilst watching all your favourite TV programmes. The kitchen is fully equipped allowing you to pack up a good lunch or cook an evening meal. The two bedrooms are accessed just off the lounge and there s a choice between a double bed, dressing table and TV as well as a cosy single bedroom with pull out trundle bed (suitable for children up to 16 years). Completing this fabulous cottage is the lovely bathroom. Outside is a communal garden with an allocated area offering a BBQ, and table and chairs, the perfect spot to dine alfresco after a long day out exploring.
Sleeps 3 1 2 bedrooms 1 double and 1 single with a trundle bed (suitable for children up to 16 years). 1 bathroom shower over bath and WC. Electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave. Launderette on site. Cot and highchair available. TV in lounge and double bedroom. Electric log effect fire. Access to communal indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, games room and outside play park. There is a small charge for use of the sauna ( 1 for 20 minutes). The beautiful garden has an allocated garden area, furniture and BBQ. Complex is set in 7 acres of beautiful countryside. Private parking in the on site car park. Shop 3 miles, pub 3.5 miles and beach within 5 miles. Dog friendly with dog exercise field, warm dog shower and unlimited dog towels.
