Visit the National Trust s 900 acres of parkland at Lanhydrock Estate, and find walking and cycling trails galore in nearby Cardinham Woods, both under 3 miles away. For golfers, the Lanhydrock Golf Course and Restaurant is under a mile away. Enter the cottage to discover charming period features and exposed beams galore. You'll find four bedrooms beautifully styled with wonderful interiors including two king size, a double and a twin. There's a family bathroom and an additional shower room. Upstairs, into the eaves, the spacious open plan living area is the heart of the home, making it a fabulous social hub to catch up with family and friends. Retire to the lounge area with Smart TV and pop a log or two on the wood burner for a cosy evening in. The kitchen area has all the equipment you'll need for your time here and the handmade dining table offers plenty of room for everyone to enjoy meals together. Heading outside, the garden is private, enclosed and perfect for dogs and children. Relax in the hot tub whilst the children play or gather at the outdoor seating and enjoy an al fresco BBQ.
