This charming country cottage has all the amenities you need to enjoy an idyllic rural escape. It is ideal for a family or group of friends, and with its many facilities, you may never want to leave. There are countryside views in abundance, with endless surrounding rural land. The Cambrian Mountains are just 15 miles away if you fancy challenging yourself to a mountain hike or bike ride with the added bonus of some of the most stunning mountain scenery in Wales. There s also the Shropshire Hills AONB (28 miles), famous for its rich history, outstanding views and wonderful walking opportunities. Bird watchers will enjoy a visit to the Dyfi Osprey project (23 miles). The coast is in reach for a daytrip, with the pretty harbour village of Aberdyfi, with its beautiful beach and plenty of attractions including a championship golf course, 33 miles away. As you enter the property, you're welcomed into the homely hallway. Just off the entrance hall is the cosy lounge with an inviting open fire where you can sit and unwind after a day of exploring the local area, whilst admiring the country views. On the ground floor is a twin room, shower room and an office, if you need peace and quiet to work or read. Also on the ground floor is a lovely country kitchen with a separate utility room that leads onto the games room where the children can be entertained playing pool, games and watching TV whilst you lounge in front of the fire in the living room. On the first floor are the comfortable king size bedrooms with lovely countryside views, and a family bathroom. As you step outside of this property, the well kept grounds invite you out onto the patio to sit and admire the country views and breathe in the fresh air whilst eating your dinner alfresco, or just simply enjoy a morning coffee.
