Perfect for a family gathering, this beautiful detached property is situated in the village of Belton. The village itself is part of a collection of historic villages known as the Isle of Axeholme. The village is surrounded by attractive countryside with numerous walking, cycling and fishing opportunities, and it s just two miles away from the historic town of Epworth where you ll find eateries and shops to explore. As the motor way network is just 1 mile away, you can easily head further afield to the Yorkshire Wildlife Park (15 miles) which provides a fantastic day out for all the family. Venture to the traditional Lincolnshire seaside towns where you can sample the local fish and chips or play on the amusements. Step into the hall and wander through to the spacious kitchen/diner which has everything you need to rustle up a memorable meal for the family as well as a breakfast bar and seating. Head through to the more formal dining room with ample seating for 10. Come together in the lounge to put your feet up and watch a film on the Smart TV or enjoy some competitive family fun with the board games. There is a snug with a sofa that can convert into a double sofa bed the kids will love having sleepovers in here, especially as there s a second Smart TV in here. The ground floor also benefits from a handy downstairs WC and utility room. Head upstairs where you will find five bedrooms, four king size rooms (two with en suites) and a twin, each decorated with matching furniture and well thought out soft furnishings. There are a further two shower rooms and the master bedroom offers two single sofa beds as well great as a family room if required. Outside, the fully enclosed garden offers an outdoor heated swimming pool, a hot tub, a lawn and a decked area with seating, the perfect place to sit in the summer sun and relax with good company. Please note that this property cannot accommodate an all adult party, it is in a residential area and intended for the purpose of a holiday only.

Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Utility with washing machine. Travel cot and highchair available. Smart TV in the lounge and snug. Enclosed garden with seating, swimming pool and hot tub (swimming pool available May September). The pool is unfenced, care must be taken with young children The pool measures 7m x 5m and is 1.5m depth all over it is heated to 28 degrees. Off road parking for 4 cars (parking area protected with CCTV to the front of the property). Pub within 1 mile, shop within 0.5 mile. Please note there is not a football goal in the garden. Please note that the property is to be used for the purposes of a holiday, and certain group bookings, may not be allowed unless special arrangements (including the possible requirement for a safety deposit?) are made with the owner. Stag and Hen parties are not permitted at this property. Due to the property being in a residential area, respect and noise consideration must be given to neighbours.
