This bright and spacious barn conversion provides exceptional accommodation for families and friends to enjoy a special occasion in the Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is tucked away down a private drive and surrounded by beautiful countryside, yet only a 300 metre walk into the centre of the village where you will find a village store and a cosy pub serving delicious homecooked food. Situated on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, the area is a paradise for walkers and cyclists alike. There is a whole host of picturesque walks and cycle routes from the doorstep and The Nidderdale Way passes through the village. A footpath from the end of the lane will take you to Pateley Bridge (4 miles) which boasts a range of independent shops and cafes on its charming high street, which was once voted Britain's best! The popular spa town of Harrogate can be reached within 11 miles where you will find a wealth of attractions including Valley Gardens, the Turkish Baths and the Royal Hall, and the wonderful natural formations at Brimham Rocks are only 2 miles away. Ascend the gravel drive, arrive at this fantastic stone barn conversion, and immerse yourself in the beautiful countryside surrounding. On entering, the cosiness of home comforts strikes you immediately with the warmth of the underfloor heating under your feet. The entrance hall provides the perfect place to leave coats and muddy boots after a day of exploring, before you step through to the main hub of the house, the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner.
