Explore Shaftesbury (3 miles), a lovely market town renowned for Gold Hill, which was made famous as "Hovis Hill" in the 70s Hovis bread commercials. Visit the popular coastal towns of Poole (23 miles), Bournemouth (30 miles), and Weymouth (34 miles). Additionally, visitors can explore Longleat House and Safari Park (21 miles), National Trust s Kingston Lacey (15 miles) and Stourhead (14 miles), Salisbury Cathedral (21.5 miles), and Monkey World (25.5 miles). You will find an enclosed, secluded garden where you can either enjoy al fresco dining on the patio with outdoor seating or relax with a good book.
