This lovingly presented detached bungalow is situated in the picture postcard village of South Petherton and is within 400 metres of independent shops, a small supermarket, a well regarded restaurant, and a local pub. Retail therapy can be enjoyed in the market towns of Yeovil (10 miles), Ilminster and Crewkerne (both 6 miles). Explore the famous World Heritage Jurassic coastline where you can go fossil hunting on Charmouth Beach or visit Lyme Regis, Dorset s iconic seaside town (both 22 miles). Visit National Trust's Barrington Court (4 miles) and Montacute House (6 miles), Fleet Air Arm Museum (10 miles), Haynes Motor Museum (14.5 miles), Ham Hill Country Park (4 miles) and for a panoramic view of South Somerset, go to the top of Burrow Hill (3.5 miles). Step into this single storey property and into a spacious hall which leads to all the rooms. The light and airy lounge has a feature fireplace and a Smart TV. From here, you can head into the conservatory which is a perfect place to relax with a good book. The well equipped kitchen/diner is a great space for cooking lazy breakfasts or trying out new recipes on the gas fired AGA. There is also a large dining table and a door opening into the garden. There are two bedrooms, the first is a kingsize with an en suite shower room and the second has a double bed and two single beds. Completing the accommodation is a family shower room. Outside, there is a private, secluded garden with a patio area. There is a table and chairs where you can enjoy a spot of al fresco dining it s a lovely space to relax in. There are steps up to a raised lawn or it can be accessed via a gradual grassy slope.
