Situated in the middle of Torbay, on the English Riviera, Paignton is the perfect all year round retreat. It s just a short, 0.6 mile walk from Hollicombe beach, 0.8 miles from Preston Sands or 1 mile from Paignton Beach where the beach and pier with its amusements provide hours of family fun. At the southern end of the town is the 18th century Paignton Harbour, offering day trips along the rugged Devon coastline, as well as wildlife and fishing; or alternatively take a trip on the Dartmouth Steam Railway which runs from Paignton Train Station (2 miles). Enter the bungalow and kick off your shoes in the porch space. Down the hall and to your right is the master bedroom with a zip and link super king size bed, Smart TV & boasting sea views. The lounge/dining area offers a Smart TV, sea views and comfortable sofas; it s the perfect place to unwind. Enjoy your mealtimes in the dining space, with a large bay window showcasing the elevated view.
