Set within a leafy spot 2 miles west of popular Lymington, from here you can easily explore the beautiful New Forest National Park, a magnificent natural playground of ancient woodlands, heathland, and meandering streams, where wild ponies roam freely, or why not enjoy sailing or kayaking on the Solent. Nestled on the picturesque coast of Hampshire, Lymington itself boasts charming Georgian architecture, a bustling quay, and a vibrant high street home to a wide range of shops and eateries. Here you will find a captivating blend of maritime heritage and contemporary allure. Don't miss the opportunity to visit the enchanting Hurst Castle (5 miles), perched at the entrance of the Solent, offering panoramic views of the Isle of Wight. A shared driveway gives access to this detached timber clad property, which sits alongside the owner s home, yet with privacy assured. Once inside you will be met with a stunning and generously sized open plan living space, which has been cleverly divided to make this the perfect spot in which to relax after a day spent exploring. There is a lounge area complete with Smart TV to one side, two dining areas and a stylish kitchen with central island. Heading outside via either the lounge area or bedroom will take you onto a raised deck, with seating areas positioned for catching the morning and evening sun. A hot tub with shelter sits in the corner of the space, with a commanding view over the garden, which is fully enclosed and has an area of lawn ideal for your four legged friend.
